Access control provides security by giving flexible control over who is allowed to enter or leave your site and when. The access control systems we provide will keep your building sites, construction sites, staff and assets secure.
Clarke Construction Security provides access control security, access control systems with access control gates, biometric access control and access control solutions in London, Sussex, Kent, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire & throughout the Uk.
Most sites utilize the full height turnstile with either the traditional photo ID proximity card or the new hand biometric access control system.
Proximity Card Access Control System
Our proximity card access control system provides entry/exit monitored control. The Professional software allows for roll call/muster reporting including time sheet and anti pass back facility. The Desk top card reader/ programmer allows instant card log on.
The photo software allows photo ID card design, database customisation and card personalisation.
Biometric Access Control System
Access control solutions are continuously evolving and Biometric readers are no exception. Using fingerprint technology vastly improves door entry security and nullifies the risk of cards being passed to to third parties. Frequently however in the past Biometrics have been unreliable and slow.
Fingerprint Reader
iEvo though have a team of people that have developed a product that addresses many of the problems that have plagued fingerprint readers in the past. With the added benefit of the ability to integrate into Paxton access controllers the partnership makes for a successful formula.
Good Design
The ievo is an IP device and is minimalistic in design. It is user friendly and vandal resistant. Designed to be used both internally and externally it is IP65 rated and can be flush or surface mounted . So whats the secret of reliability. Well by using a technology called Multi spectral imaging the reader is able to obtain fingerprints through dust, dirt water and oils. An impressive demonstration of the unit also proved it could actually see through light latex gloves as well.
Benefits
The ergonomics of the ievo mean that it fits in well into building design making it a favorite with architects. It also has a thermostat heated sensor when being used externally and includes wiegand outputs for interfacing and is networkable.
Conclusion
It seems the ievo team have pretty much though of everything here, you can even buy the units in different colours. Having been demonstrated this unit we would recommend you take ievo finger biometric readers into consideration over the existing hand scanners as they are more reliable less prone to vandalism AND more economic!
