Infobric Management System
Your neat and tidy Construction Site
With the Infobric Management System, you have all the means for a complete overview with real-time information from all monitored sites.
With the Infobric Management System, by granting or limiting people's authorisation to Infobric's devices, you can fully organise your construction site both simply and efficiently.
EVERY MEANS
The system is web-based, which means that you gain access to it via the Internet regardless of where you are. You can add people, create groups of people and govern which people will be able to use which devices. You can also create a plan in order to increase or decrease access to all Infobrics' devices.
In the event of a fire, accident or any other incident, you can instantly print out a totally accurate site attendance report in order to see which people are present on the site at the time of the incident.
ATTENDANCE REPORTING
Attendance is important from several viewpoints. According to health and safety regulations, at all times you must be aware of who is on your site. For obvious reasons you also want to ensure you have accurate times of attendance.
With this system, you obtain accurate time sheet information on all individuals, including sub contractors and all of this information is instantaneous at the press of a button.
OVERVIEW OF MACHINES
There is even the means to manage tools and machinery in the system. You can see precisely what is on site in the containers as well as which people have booked out or removed equipment.
CARD READER
In order to be able to include your staff 's CSCS SmartCards in the system, a card reader is required. With it, those authorised, can read all the information (name, qualifications etc) and then create a user profile within the system. Once stored this information can be instantly retrieved, from the central storage system and can be updated or amended as necessary.

The Heart of Your Construction Site
The Infobric Central Unit is the main device of the construction site - the very heart of our Infobric system.
You connect the Infobric Central Unit to a number of devices on the site, such as door systems, swing gates, barriers and turnstiles.
COMPLETE CONTROL
When a CSCS SmartCard is scanned at the point of entry, the information is sent via Internet (network or mobile Internet) to the Infobric Management System. Your laptop or computer contains your account, which allows you to see in real time which people are present on site. You get a quick and clear overview of all personnel including staff, management and all sub contractors allowing you to build up a picture of exactly what is happening and when!
In the Infobric Management System, you also administer all the card information, all authorisations and it is also via this system where you can obtain all of the required reports.
Infobric TIME Box
Everything you require to maintain and monitor site attendance
Four screws and a wall contact are all you require for a complete electronic attendance keeping system for the smaller construction sites.
Infobric TIME box is a simple and economical solution for the registration of attendance on the smaller construction sites. With the help of a CSCS SmartCard, you can manage the attendance of up to 30 people.
EASY TO INSTALL
Infobric TIME box is an extremely easy system to install. It can, be placed on a property wall or in a portacabin. The TIME box needs only an electrical supply and coverage for a mobile network in order to be used.
REDUCE THE KEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
In order to reduce or eliminate key entry management and to ensure that no unauthorised persons are on the premises, you simply add and connect the Door System to the Infobric TIME box.

Tools and machinery are stored in locked secure containers which can only be open by those authorised to open utilizing a CSCS SmartCard. All personnel are governed and checked simply and efficiently via a central system utilizing a wireless connection. Unauthorised personnel cannot gain access to the container, therefore tool safety, security and utilisation is governed.

Gates for Dynamic Construction Sites
With Infobric Gates, you can easily govern which people and vehicles that may enter or exit a construction site.
The Infobric motorised swing gate is opened with a remote control or with a CSCS Smart Card card.
REGISTRATION FOR SECURITY
With the Infobric Area Security capability, you control in a convenient way, which people have authorisation to open the gate.
Utilising a CSCS Smart Card reader at the gate entry/exit point, staff are registered immediately when they enter or leave the construction site. Site attendance lists are instantly accessible therefore in the event of an incident.
The gate/s are connected to the Infobric Central Unit which controls the authorisation check and reports to your administrator via the web. The only requirement to support this system is an Internet connection.
COMPLETE AND MOBILE
The gate is mobile and installed on a sturdy plate in order to be able to be moved easily between sites.

With the Door System, you can control precisely who is authorised to be present in any controlled building or area during a specific point in time. By equipping doors with the Door System you can, by utilising the CSCS SmartCard, ensure that only authorisation personnel gain access to intended locations.
ABOLISH THE KEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The CSCS SmartCard works like a pass card which means that the traditional key management system is no longer required. You simply use the CSCS SmartCard for all site access. Not only does this improve the onsite logistics due to real time monitoring, but also it increases the security, as only the right people are in the right places at the right time.
With the Door System, you can choose to register staff entering and exiting your premises or we have an optional simple push-button only system for exiting if required.
PORTABLE SYSTEMS
